GLACIER EXPEDITION
JANUARY 26- FEBRUARY 2, 2025
Base camp for our expedition will be Glacier Bible Camp in Hungry Horse, Montana. Alumni of Survival may attend our Advanced Survival events. January 26- February 2nd, we will take our Survival skills further as we learn, develop and experience winter survival skills in Montana! Join us and learn snow navigation, build fires in the snow, learn to track animals, explore Glacier National Park, and so much more!
We will sleep in heated dorms and have indoor bathrooms. However, we plan to spend most of our time outdoors so we are guaranteed to be stretched out of our comfort zones and pushed towards dependency on Christ.
Temperatures will be below freezing and sometimes below 0 degrees. We will be extremely cautious with regards to the cold and this event will require adequate gear to be purchased and brought with the student. List of gear is below.
So what are the details?
Students who are flying should fly into Glacier International on January 26th. We will help to coordinate flights so that multiple students are on the same flight if you would prefer that your student fly with someone. Please just mark that on their registration. If you are planning on driving and would be open to a carpool please let me know on your registration or a text so that we can coordinate that also. 706-340-1757.

The main packing gear that is required specific to this event:
Snow Pants (snow bib, something waterproof and warm)
or a Snow jump suit
Coat appropriate for 0 degree temp.
Gloves
Winter Hat
Dark Sunglasses
Winter boots
Wool socks
Headlamp
We will have more details on packing supplies and will do zoom calls with Curtis and Jenna ahead of time to discuss details. We will make sure that all attending are well equipped for this extreme adventure.
Cost for this 7 day adventure is $525. We can break it into installments to make it more manageable. If you would like to pay it all at once that is also an option.
$100 is due at registration
$150 is due by Dec. 15
$275 is due by Jan. 15
Solid Biblical teaching, worship under the stars, and time for personal devotions in the beauty of creation round out the experience as teens are challenged to put the same intentionality into their walk with the Lord that they do into surviving in the wilderness.
